There is no judge or jury in arbitration. Also, the court review of an award granted by the arbitrator in their decision is limited. However, an arbitrator can grant an award on an individual basis the same damages and relief as a court (including statutory damages, attorneys’ fees and costs).The arbitrator must abide by these Terms and Conditions.
Arbitrations shall be pursued by the American Arbitration Association (AAA). It shall follow its rules, including the AAA Consumer Rules. Payment of all filing, administration and arbitrator fees shall also be governed by the AAA's rules, excluding those as provided in this section. In case your total claim is less than $10,000, we shall reimburse you for filing fees you pay to the AAA and also pay arbitrator’s fees.
The proceedings to resolve any claim shall be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. The arbitrator will hold the responsibility to decide issues as to the scope of this arbitration agreement. If for any reason a claim is taken to the court rather than in arbitration, you and we each waive any right to a jury trial.

This arbitration agreement shall be governed by and enforced in accordance with the guidelines of Federal Arbitration Act as well as federal arbitration law. An arbitration decision can be given by any court with competent jurisdiction.

SUPPLIER RULES AND RESTRICTIONS
Additional terms and conditions may also apply to your reservation and purchase of travel—related services that you opt for. Please go through these additional terms and conditions carefully. In particular, if you have made a flight reservation, you must definitely read the full terms and conditions of carriage issued by the respective airline, which can also be found on the airline’s website. You agree to accept the terms and conditions of purchase imposed by any airline with whom you elect to deal, including payment of all amounts when due and compliance with the airline’s rules and restrictions regarding the availability and use of airfares and services. Any airline may change its price without notice. We hold the right to cancel your reservation if full payment is not made on time.
In case of a cancellation or no-show, you may be entitled to a refund. Where you are eligible for a refund, you can request myflighttravel customer service team to help you get the refund from the respective airline. Our agent shall submit your request to the airline on your behalf.
myflighttravel may offer you the opportunity to book a reservation for a combination of two one—way tickets in place of a roundtrip ticket. In this manner, you get a greater choice of flights, flight rates that often cheaper. The tickets can be combined on the same airline or on different airlines. Each one-way ticket is issues with its own rules, restrictions, and fees. If one of these flights is affected by any change (e.g. cancellation or rescheduling), causing a Customer to make changes to the other flight, the customer shall be responsible for any penalty fee incurred for making changes to the unaffected flight.
For certain low-cost airlines, the price of your flight has been converted from a different currency to provide you an estimate of the amount of the purchase in your local currency. This can lead to a difference in the amount charged to your credit card by the airline due to currency fluctuations
According to Federal Laws, you cannot carry any hazardous material aboard aircraft in your luggage or otherwise. A violation of this rule can lead to five years' imprisonment and penalties of $250,000 or more (49 U.S.C. 5124). Hazardous materials are like explosives, compressed gases, oxidizers, poisons, flammable liquids and solids, corrosives, and radioactive materials.
You understand that some third-party providers that offer certain services may ask you to sign their liability waiver prior to providing their services. You acknowledge that violation of any such supplier's rules and restrictions may lead to the cancellation of your reservation(s), in your being denied access to the applicable travel product or services, in your forfeiting any money paid for such reservation(s), and/or in our debiting your account for any costs we incur as a result of such violation.
myflighttravel will not take responsibility for any cost incurring due to hotel relocation.
Sort Order
The website allows sort options for the travelers to help them find the perfect hotel, flight, and car rental. You can search results in accordance to your preference based on price, verified review score, or other criteria. If you don’t select any option, we will show a range of relevant options in the search results, based on the following criteria:
Flights: Our default sort order showcases the lowest price first. In cases where there are two flights showing the same price, the shorter flight is listed first.
Accommodation: Our default sort order selects the properties for you in accordance to your search criteria. This enables you to quickly and easily find the offer that is right for you. We take into account factors like a property’s location, its review scores, the popularity of the property (based on how many travelers on our sites make bookings at that property), the competitiveness of the property’s rates and availability, price, and star rating. All these factors are taken into consideration to showcase a range of hotels to match your chosen search criteria.
Car Rental: Our default sort order is based upon factors like price, popularity, customer reviews, convenience of pickup location, and car type or category.
We may change default sort order algorithms from time to time.
HOTEL RESERVATIONS
You acknowledge that myflighttravel pre-negotiate certain room rates with hotel suppliers to facilitate the booking of reservations for its users. You understand that the room rates displayed on our website is a combination of the pre-negotiated room rate for rooms reserved on your behalf by myflighttravel.com. You authorize myflighttravel.com to book hotel for the total reservation price, which includes the room rate displayed on the website, tax recovery charges, service fees, as well as taxes on myflighttravel’s services. You accept to the condition that your credit card will be charged by myflighttravel for the total reservation price.
myflighttravel doesn’t act as co-vendors with the suppliers with whom we book or reserve our customer's travel arrangements. Taxability and the appropriate tax rates may also vary by location. The actual tax amounts paid by our company to the hotel suppliers may differ from the tax recovery charge amounts, based upon the rates, taxability, etc. in effect at the time of the actual use of accommodation by our customers. We keep service fees as additional compensation in servicing your travel booking. Service fee retained by myflighttravel.com is different for different types of hotel reservation.
You are allowed to cancel or change your hotel reservation, but you shall be charged the cancellation or change fee as mentioned in the rules and restrictions for the hotel reservation. In case you do not cancel or change your reservation before the cancellation policy period aforementioned by the hotel you have reserved (usually 24 to 72 hours prior to your date of arrival), you will be subject to a penalty fee equal to applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees. In case you do not show up for the first night of the reservation and decide to check-in for subsequent nights in your reservation, you must confirm us the changes with no later than the date of the first night of the reservation to prevent cancellation of your reservation.
You accept to make payment for any change or cancellation fees that you incur. In some cases, a hotel may permit changes to or cancellations of reservations once they are made (as per the rules and restrictions of that particular hotel). You agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions imposed with respect to your hotel reservations.
In certain jurisdictions, sales and use and/or local hotel occupancy taxes are included on the amounts that we charge for our services (service fee and/or facilitation fee). The actual tax charges on our services may not be the same depending on the rates in effect at the time of your hotel stay.
In some cases, hotel suppliers may require you to present a credit card /cash deposit upon check-in to cover additional expenses incurred during your stay. Such deposit has no relation to any payment received by myflighttravel for your hotel booking.
BANK AND CREDIT CARD FEES
When we process your payment, your payment is processed in the United States. However, when the travel supplier processes your payment, it shall be processed in the country in which the supplier is based.
myflighttravel or the travel supplier may have to double-check: (i) the validity of the payment card and, (ii) the availability of funds on the payment card (through the bank).
Some banks and credit card companies may charge fees for international/ cross border transactions. In case, you are making a booking using a US-issued card with a non-US merchant, your bank may impose a fee for cross border or international transaction. Also, booking an international travel may be regarded as an international transaction by your bank or card company as we may pass your card details to an international travel supplier to be charged.
Some banks and card companies may charge fees for currency conversion. On making a booking in any other currency than the currency of your credit card, your credit card company may convert the booking amount to the currency of your credit card and impose conversion fee. The currency exchange rate and foreign transaction fee is decided solely by your bank. Regarding any questions about these fees or the exchange rate applied to your booking, please contact your bank.
INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL
You are solely responsible to ensure that you meet all foreign entry requirements, such as your documents (passports and visas) are in order. myflighttravel takes no responsibility of your entry into a foreign country. Also, we urge customers to review travel restrictions, warnings, announcements, and advisories issued by the respective governments in advance of booking your travel to international destinations.
Passport and Visa: You must consult the relevant Embassy to seek any information in regard to Passport and Visa. The requirements may change anytime and you must remain up-to-date informed before booking and departure. We take no liability in case you are refused entry onto a flight or into any country due to your failure to carry the correct and adequate travel documents as required by any airline, authority, or country. This also includes the stops made by the aircraft, even if you do not leave the aircraft or airport.
Health: It is your duty to ensure that you stay true to all health entry requirements, obtain the recommended inoculations, take heed of all the recommended medication, and follow all medical advice in relation to your trip.

Standard Flight Cancellation Policy
Generally, any airline offers a window of 24 hours after the passenger has made a flight reservation. If you cancel the flight booking within the first 24 hours of reservation, the airline may not charge any cancellation fee.
Some tickets are non-refundable in nature. Such tickets will have no cancellation or refund facility. It is better to check the limitations of the tickets while making the reservations to steer clear of the last-minute disappointments.
If you want to cancel the ticket that comes along with some package including hotel reservations, car rentals, tour service, etc., then a cancellation fee will be applicable.
